Nomad Secure Access (SA) was specifically designed as an integrated security solution that minimizes identify theft and phishing by creating end-to-end secure access for mobile and remote users from any computer with no pre-configuration. Nomad SA combines a new generation of two-factor authentication, an on-demand private network (OPN) to protect transmitted data, and access controls to ensure that only authorized applications and systems are accessed.  With Nomad SA, the user’s credentials, OPN intelligent client and access privileges, can be stored on the desktop, laptop, or can roam with the mobile user stored securely on USB thumb drive, any other form of removable media, or token to reduce the number of physical authentication devices a user will be required to carry. 

Unlike traditional private networks the Nomad SA On-Demand Private Network only grants access to defined applications or systems of the network and does not make the user part of the network. The Nomad SA On-Demand Private Network is only active during application processing eliminating risks associated with session hi-jacking. This new innovation eliminates full network access protecting corporate systems and information while powerful enough to identify the individual through authenticated certification. The Nomad SA solution identifies the individual, not the machine. Stroring the certifications and client on a USB thumb drive makes this solution fully mobile allowing individuals to roam from system to system, state to state or country to county. Enctyption services use the FIPS certified AES encryption algorithm and 2048 bit public / private key encryption for full user identification.

You can use your existing X509 V3 certificates or use the Nomad SA certificate authority for X509 V3 individual identity creation. Nomad SA self registration services can be used to grant access while reducing administrative burdens. Our certificates are standard X509 V3 Certificates and can be used with other products or services that require this standard. This enables you as a company to further expand usage and reduce or eliminate total cost of ownership.
