- If you know your username, go to the Login page, enter your Username, and click the "Forgot Password" link. Your login credentials will be emailed to you.
- If you dont know your Username, send an email to support@partnerpoint.com and we will send you your username.
- If know your username and password and you still cant login, remember that passwords are case sensitive and confirm that you are entering the correct password
- If you are sure both are correct and you still cant get in, your account may not be authorized for some reason, but that is easily resolved. Simply let us know by emailing support@partnerpoint.com.
